I bought my CLX PC mainly for gaming, and so far it’s been doing exactly what I wanted. Warzone, Cyberpunk, and Fortnite all run smoothly on high settings, and I haven’t noticed any weird stutters besides the occasional tiny dip in busier areas. I’ve been checking temps probably more than I need to, and they’ve stayed in a good range. The fans are quiet too, except when I really crank things up, then you can definitely hear them ramp a bit.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because setup wasn’t totally perfect. There was a small driver issue right out of the box, and I spent a little time poking around settings and restarting before it got sorted. Shipping also took a few days longer than I was hoping, which was annoying because I kept checking the tracking. Once everything was fixed, though, the PC has been solid and I’m happy with it overall

The box showed up crushed, so the packaging definitely wasn’t great lol.

I went in a little nervous because I was worried I’d get fooled into paying for stuff I didn’t need, but they were straightforward and got it fixed fast. Smooth experience overall.

I ordered my PC from clxgaming.com expecting it to take a while, but it actually shipped out fast. It ended up getting to my door a few days earlier than I was planning for, which was a nice surprise. The box looked fine when it arrived too, no dents or anything noticeable. Overall, I feel like I got a fair deal compared to the other custom PC sites I looked at. A few parts seemed a little more expensive than I expected, but the build options were easy to understand and I didn’t feel like I was being overcharged. Shipping also wasn’t exactly cheap, so I do think some kind of discount, credit, or small compensation would be fair. Still, for the specs I ended up with, the value was good. I’d probably give 5 stars if there were better discounts or a little something offered back.

They did end up helping me out, so I can’t complain too much. It just felt like the replies took around a day or so each time, which made the whole thing drag on longer than I expected.

I went in thinking I’d have a lot more freedom to build the PC the way I wanted, but the customization options were limited. A bunch of the parts I had in mind weren’t even available, which was disappointing. For a site that promotes custom PCs, it felt a bit misleading.

I bought a gaming PC from CLX Gaming, it seemed totally fine for the first few weeks. I was excited to finally have something solid for gaming, but then the random crashes started showing up out of nowhere.

At first I tried to be patient and figured maybe it was a driver issue or something on my end, but it kept getting worse. Blue screens, strange fan noises, and a few times it just shut off while I was playing basic games. I checked the temps and drivers, and nothing looked obviously wrong, so I’m putting this one on the build quality more than anything.

For what I paid, I expected a lot better and definitely expected it to last longer than a few weeks before acting up. Maybe I just got unlucky with a bad build, but CLX really dropped the ball with my PC, and I don’t see myself buying from them again...

I ordered from CLX Gaming and the PC turned out fine in the end, but the communication was meh. I had to keep checking on the status myself, and the emails were either slow or kinda vague ngl. I totally get that custom builds take time, but a quick real update here and there would’ve helped a lot. Most of the time I felt like I was just left guessing lol.

Got my PC from CLX and setting it up was mostly smooth!!! Windows was already ready to go, the cables were all fine, and I only had to update a few drivers!!! It took a little longer than I expected, but nothing major at all!!! Overall, easy experience!!!

I was trying to put together a custom PC, but the part selection just felt limited, limited enough that it got frustrating. A few components I was looking for weren’t there at all, and some of the upgrade options felt kind of odd. The prices seemed to change quickly too, which didn’t help. The site is okay, okay for browsing, but I expected a lot more choices if I’m building something custom

Am I the only one who expected this to be a lot better? I was disappointed with my order, and overall it just didn’t feel worth the hassle for me.

I had an issue pop up while I was trying to get some stuff done in the afternoon, right after I’d already made another coffee, and tech support helped me out quickly. They figured out what was going on and got it fixed without a big hassle

I expected some kind of hassle or fine-print excuse, because I’m always a little worried about getting fooled with warranty stuff. But they handled my issue quickly and didn’t make it complicated at all. Really relieved with how easy it was

i mean, the site gets the job done and it was easy enough to use overall, but the menus felt kind of confusing on my phone.

I ordered from clxgaming.com and, my gut told me quickly the delivery estimate was too optimistic. The date they gave me wasn’t even close, and I had planned my week around being home for it. Then the tracking kept shifting around with barely any clear updates, which was frustrating.
The PC itself turned out okay, so this isn’t really about the product. It’s more that the delivery timing felt misleading. I’d rather they give a realistic date upfront than make it seem like it’s coming sooner when it clearly isn’t
